Advice From a Pumpkin

Even though it doesn’t feel like it, fall is here! A teacher from a dance convention that I attend annually recently posted this and I thought it was a perfect post to share for this Monday, enjoy!

“6 pieces of advice to learn from a pumpkin”

*Have a Gourd Time – The best part of doing anything is having fun! Step back, no matter what you are doing, and enjoy yourself.
*Fall in Love with Life – It’s always better to spend your time loving what you do and doing what you love. Grab your passion by the vine and pluck it! You never know where your calling might take you.
*Be Well Rounded – Even if there is one thing you love more than anything else, make sure to give attention to other things. Learn new skills. Go on adventures! There will always be something new for you to learn.
*Be Outstanding in Your Field – Whatever you do, do it well. It is easy to be good at something. It is hard to be outstanding at something. Always be doing what you love and you will get there!
*Think Big – There is always more room to grow! Whatever you love to do, do it to the best of your ability. There are no limits to the amazing things you can do if you work hard enough.
*Stand in the Sunshine – Always think of the brighter side. There will be cloudy days, but remember that sun never goes away, it just passes behind the clouds sometimes.
